5th International Conference on Three-dimensional Cryo-EM Image Analysis
Granlibakken Conference Center, Lake Tahoe, California
March 13-16, 2024

The 2024 conference builds on our successful previous events on the same theme in 2014, 2016, 2018 and 2022.

The goal of this series of meetings is for technical discussions of state of the art image analysis approaches and algorithm developments to tackle challenging biological problems and to identify current limitations in the field. We have recruited an outstanding panel of speakers with topics at the 2024 meeting to include: 3D Heterogeneity, Protocols for Automation, Data Validation, Feature Annotation and Segmentation in-situ and Round Table on Data Archiving and Public Data Repository Policies. The keynote address will be presented by Professor Mastronarde (University of Colorado Boulder). In addition, there will be a dedicated session for selected poster talks. All sessions will focus on interactive discussions with plenty of time for questions.

We encourage you to register soon, early registration fees will be available throughout end of Jan 2024. Please note that as in the past, the registration process is 2 steps. First register using the link above. That will trigger an email (check your spam box) for completing the second portion of the registration with the conference site, which will allow you to reserve a room and collect registration and lodging fees. Full payment is not required until just before the meeting.

Registration and more information for the event can be found here: https://cryoem.bcm.edu/user/login?_next=/events/register_workshop/16

Poster abstracts must be submitted prior to February 15th to be included in the program and, more importantly, considered for the short talk session.

See you soon in Tahoe
